land acknowledgement

We respectfully acknowledge that we live, learn, work and play in Treaty 8 territory, the ancestral and traditional land of the Cree, Dene, and unceded territory of the Métis people. We honour the First Nations and Métis people whose  footsteps have gently marked these lands for the generations before us and generations to come. We are grateful for the culture, traditions and connections to the land, water, animals and people. May we continue to steward these lands together.
