Megan Ritter
Megan's robust background in construction, retail, non profit and energy sectors has provided extensive experience in conflict resolution. Her values and experience guided her to become a mediator to foster meaningful dialogue and connection for those facing conflict.
Megan obtained her degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources and Labour Relations. Her passion for teaching led her to layer on an Adult Education certification to root her growth mindset in the endless opportunities to connect through learning.
Faced by unprecedented exponential change, she decided new tools would be valuable to traverse the volume, magnitude and complexity of conflict. This led Megan to complete her mediation training through the Alberta Alternative Dispute Resolution Association. She is in the process to become a chartered Mediator; specializing in helping individuals and organizations navigate conflicts with fairness, neutrality, and empathy.
Megan believes that every conflict presents an opportunity for understanding and growth. Her approach focuses on interest-based mediation, ensuring that all parties feel heard and empowered to find practical, lasting solutions.
